Your blob can only be in one place at a time over 80+% of the UNI is carebears that won't come and fight. Allies won't change that besides that mechanic changes in a couple of weeks. If you desire a 'forever war' you shall have it, new mechanics means we can afford to pay for it ad infinitum.
You could have moved your lowsec camp into any number of system in Molden Heath, you moved it specifically into the local pirates fight club system and into one of their home stations. And then started camping the stations and gates ruining the area for small frigate combat, for which it was previously unrivalled. There was a good thing you kicked in the front door with 40 people and then decided to get all uppity too, ruining said good thing.
If you had moved into Atlar, Istodard, Egbinger or any other of the 'empty' MH systems and not parked 30 man blob camps on gates making our own newbies loose their rifters without ever getting to fire a shot, none of this would have been necessary. We would have been happy come and fight you in various size gangs or come and asked for 1vs1's. We still will but not on the terms you're presenting us with.
Anyway I wrote words on it; here. |

La Nariz wrote:So you ~elite~ pvpers have decided to stop whining and get more members to escalate the fights finally? It really is funny watching all of you ~elite~ pvpers try to helicopterdick all over the forums about how space-pro you are fighting semi-clueless newbies.
I'm a what now? I'm a 2008 toon and my last 10 losses are 4x Merlin, 3x Incursus, 2x Firetail and 1 Cormorant.
That's quite the interesting definition of 'elite pvp'er' you've got there. |

So what the **** you trying to play that card for? it only serves to make you look like a idiot. Also no were on here will you see a Ransm or R1fta member call themselves elite. The molden heath community is built on non blues who love to pvp and have a great attitude when it comes to the loss of ships.
Except for Laktos his Falkan alt CraftyCroc keeps jamming my t1 frigs out |

I was fairly sure this was EVE Online......and I've heard repeatedly that if you want fair fights and so forth, you're playing the wrong game. I've heard that my entire time in EVE and I don't remember anyone whining that about fairness that got anything but laughed at.
So what game are you guys playing?
I personally frankly care little about the fairness of fights. Though as a corp we don't have an 'official' stance on that (or on anything really ) so individual members may feel differently about it and within r1fta the spectrum runs from full blown e-Bushido to people with multiple link alts. Part of why I love our corp is variety. *I* play to win, I'm also to lazy for link and falcon alts however so I don't use 'm. If I know people do I'll either simply not fight them or try guerilla tactics.
If you have 200 dudes/dudettes willing to PvP for you in a big blob with tons of e-war by all means do, not using the means at your disposal would be silly.
That being said EVE at it's core is a social game, so no matter how I fight or who I fight and how they fight I do aim for both parties involved to have as much fun (very subjective I know) as is reasonably achievable. Because if I alienate everybody out of fighting with me I don't get to have fun either, and that would kind off suck for me . There's a few nomadic corps in lowsec who are very adapt at this they crash a party get a week of kills and then spend the next 7 or 8 weeks being structurally blue balled by the locals and living of scraps and clueless people who accidentally wander in. It's also why they're nomadic I suspect. It is very hard to force people to fight in lowsec.
When we originally came to Moldy Heap, the first few weeks were a little awkward, RANSM would come in and shoot us in BC's and T2 cruisers and we'd all die in T1 frigates. Then dynamics happened and it evolved to a situation where we got a little more organized and they ship down a little on occasion, not trough any agreement but just by playing. It's only so long before you figure out that your Myrmidon is going to be structurally ignored or that if you want to fight a Rupture with 2 Rifters you should probably get on comms... Bottom line RANSM & r1fta both ended up having more fun. Yes sometimes RANSM still nukes us to oblivion with shiny stuff (really Silver Chair, bro, nuking my Vengeance from orbit with an Arty Mach? ) and on occasion suddenly 10 rifters mwuhahahahaha Neither of us plays 'fair' we do however keep the others enjoyment somewhere at the back of our mind because we need somebody to shoot at we'd both loose if we stopped shooting each other.
End of ramblings. Oh an we play EVE online, you can't do a sandbox 'wrong'. Unless you're name is Gevlon of course. |

pussies
We had a campaign in Placid planned before this war kicked off, we came to an agreement with e-uni, so the war will expire naturally somewhere in the next 48 hours. And we're just going to do the campaign we had planned.
We're not leaving Molden Heath, some of our dudes/dudettes will prolly linger in Heild but most will go shoot stuff in Placid like we planned to, in a couple weeks the majority will all be back in Molden Heath.
At least get your intel strait mister "I post from an alt and call other people pussies but dare not do so from my main". Grow a pair before you accuse others of lacking them. |
